PILATES FOR HEALTHY BACKS

Effective exercise for the management and prevention of back pain.

Balanced workouts to strengthen your core and keep your back flexible and strong,

enabling you to regain control of your body and improve your posture.

Small, friendly classes, suitable for all abilities.  All medical conditions can be accommodated in this class.

Chair based exercises are available for those who prefer it

 

 All equipment and mats are supplied for use during the class, you can of course bring your own if you prefer.

WHERE & WHEN ?

The Healthy Backs Pilates class takes place on Mondays at 3pm, the class lasts for one hour.

 

The venue is Upton Village Hall, Main Street, Upton PE28 5YE.

Parking is available in front of the hall,  with level access into the building.  Toilets are just off the entrance corridor.

The next block of classes starts Monday 15th April.

HOW TO BOOK

To book your place, you can either email me lisa.pilates@yahoo.co.uk or you can contact me via the form here .

I will then send you (by email) an information sheet about the class with dates, price, what to wear etc, and a health form to complete and return to me before you attend your first class.  Each class is tailored to the needs of those attending. 

Due to the small class size, it is essential to book your place.
