This class is ideal for those who have already been diagnosed with osteoporosis and those trying to prevent it.

The pilates exercises focus on strengthening the bones and muscles, improving your balance, and caring for your back.  This class is also useful for people who are preparing for, or have already had a joint replacement.

Small, friendly classes, suitable for all abilities.

Chair based exercise is available for those with problems getting onto/up from the floor.

All equipment and mats are supplied for use during the class, you can of course bring your own if you prefer.
