WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For Zoom classes, you will need something to lay on (a mat, a rug, a blanket), and a cushion.  Please don't go out and buy things, just use what you have around the home.  You also have the option for some exercises to use hand weights (if you have no shoulder or neck problems), 2 tins of soup will be just the right weight, or a couple of small water bottles if you have smaller hands.

For village hall classes, all mats and equipment are supplied for use during the class.  You can of course bring your own mat if you prefer to.

CAN I DO PILATES IF I'M FEELING ILL ?

No.  You should prioritise your health and listen to your body.  Perhaps spend some time outdoors in the fresh air on a gentle walk.  Your body may be telling you to curl up on the sofa with a hot chocolate, if it does, you should listen to it.....
