PILATES FOR HEALTHY BONES

Exercise for people with osteoporosis

Healthy Bones classes are suitable for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia, they are also well suited to people who have had or are preparing for joint replacements for example hip or knee replacement.

All exercises and movements in these classes is safe for people with osteoporosis, recent joint replacements, those who are recovering from surgery and people living with longterm medical conditions.  Progress is made on an individual basis, there is never any pressure to "keep up".
